Silhouette of a stepped stupa and strings of prayer flags against a hazy pink dusk sky, Panch Pokhari

Stupa at dusk, Panch Pokhari

A stupa and its lines of prayer flags fade into the evening haze at Panch Pokhari.

A stepped stupa stands in dark silhouette, with tall flagpoles and long strings of small prayer flags fanning out above it. A power line cuts across a hazy pink-mauve sky, and a metal roof and a wooden shelter show at the edges. Dusk keeps the light low and muted at Panch Pokhari.
