The problem
A consultancy that supports founder-led teams needed a clear site that explains its services and shows its experience.
What I built
- An eight-page site: services, experience, about, clients and contact, plus privacy and terms.
- Positioning copy, a cyan and navy palette around the phoenix mark, and a wall of client logos.
- An accessibility pass, a sitemap and an llms.txt file for AI search tools.

About Phoenix Strategic Consulting
Phoenix Strategic Consulting gives founder-led teams strategic operations and business development support. Its site sums the role up as the right hand behind founder-led teams: the person who helps a busy team move from stuck to organised action.
I designed and built the site from scratch in 2026. It has eight pages: Home, Services, Experience, About, Clients and Contact, plus privacy and terms pages. I wrote the positioning, set a cyan and navy palette around the phoenix mark, and added a wall of client logos.
The site is built with Astro, Tailwind CSS and React and hosted on Netlify, with a sitemap and an llms.txt file so that search engines and AI tools can read it.
