Golden grass hills with a layer of cloud in the valley and a snow-capped Himalayan range behind, at Sailung

Sea of clouds and snow peaks, Sailung

Dry golden hills and a snow-capped range rise above a layer of cloud at Sailung.

Bare, dry hills roll down to a valley where patches of cloud and haze lie low, with dark pines along the ridge and a few tiny hikers on the slopes. Beyond the haze, a jagged snow-capped range stands against a clear blue sky. Low light picks out every fold in the grass at Sailung.
